I agrre with your Assessment. I think the main thing the Spurs are missing now is consistency I feel that by the third season in your career you are now a pro and you have to show consistency in your game. Not being consistent I believe should get you traded and I think it's time for the Spurs to start looking at making some kind of shake up within either the roster or the coaching staff maybe a new shooting coach would help maybe in new head coach but definitely there has to be some type of change

Maybe this is on Mitch, but it seems like Keldon costs us close games a lot more than he helps us win them. His defensive lapses and offensive limitations really get taken advantage of by veteran teams and for that reason he’s the only disagreement as I’d put him at B. Another note, it’s crazy to think about, but I think Branham could go somewhere else and be an impact player like a Lonnie Walker and it feels like we’re wasting that, but that defense and everything else is so hard to bear watching. Shame things aren’t gonna work out there, though
I found champegni a bit high for me S tier should just include wemby, recently castle has overtook more than 20 points few times I think he can be the rookie of the year and goes to S tier. For cp3 he’s good but I don’t see him made like a carryjob this season. (Sorry for the English I’m French)
I dont agree with your A tier at all, Keldon is too high witch messes up everything, I agree that Sochan should be A, but if you have keldon there then he should be an S, same with steph. I would bring keldon down to B, that way you can have Julian, Sochan and Steph above him. Heck i thing i would even bring Vasell up to A tier.
Having Keldon as an A made me turn the video off 💀 my rankings: A+: A: Wemby (focusing on recent performances might put him lower but trying more to take into account the whole season) A-: Julian (player who provides the most value on offense as a shooter aside from wemby, and also developed an ability to drive AND defending has taken a leap. MIP on the roster for me) B+: Cp3 (nonexistent defensively but the IQ on offense is indispensable, even with some weird TOs) B: Sochan (would be higher if he was more available, when healthy has proven he’s a must for this team), Steph (hit a bit of a wall but shows much more of his value when starting) B-: HB (vet presence is valuable but same as CP3 nonexistent on defense - exacerbated with no Sochan) C+: Tre, Devin, Blake, Bassey, Mamu (inconsistency in a bunch of different ways in this tier. Injuries, not cracking the rotation, etc, but the moral is they’re not quite meeting expectations - Tre and Bassey are trending up tho. Devin could bump up as well) C: Keldon (has a good night every now and then but is proving himself to be unreliable in terms of decision making. Physicality and ability to finish at run is good but can be much more valuable if he picks spots more correctly vs. deciding to involve teammates) C-: Zach (retained his horrible whistle, seemed to be trending positive to start the season as a shooter but has since lost out to Bassey) D: Branham

He’s not a player that should be out there in the 4th. Thats where his IQ & defense becomes detrimental. But when he is used correctly (as a spark plug off the bench) he looks really good in my opinion.
