One day, Danny Antonucci decided that he would imitate John Krisfalusi by creating a series far more disgusting, weird, and nonsensical than anything that freak had dreamed of. What he failed to realize, however, is that Ren & Stimpy hovers on the very, very fine boundary of being vulgar, bizarre, nasty, yet entertaining, and just being vulgar, bizarre and nasty. He pushed the limits too far and now we have this mindless mess of rubbery humanoids, vomit, and flatulence sounds.
The reason why this show stopped was because of the low rating's from the viewer's. Another reason why it got cancelled was because the show was kind of replacing Beavis And Butt-Head, when TBG was on air the upcoming BAB episode's had to be on hiatus and to make thing's worse MTV didn't even put rerun's of BAB which anger's the BAB fan's a lot. Since it was a very likable and hilarious cartoon show in the 1990's. It was not only a big failure for MTV, but also for Danny Antonucci as well.
what an odd show... ed edd n eddy was a great show but why did he stop with this? I would like to see new shows of this why go from fucked up shows to childrens shows?
