Buckwheat galettes are fairly common in the western part of Normandy, France, and apple cider is available everywhere in that region. You did a good job. I also use shredded cheese and sometimes add a pinch of pepper.

好きな具を入れてチーズ入れて食べてました🍴
ガレットにクッキングシート挟んで何枚も焼いて冷凍保存してました
今は娘も嫁に行ってしまったので作ってないなぁ😁
