Merry Christmas Austell. I reckon the questions been asked are AI GENERATED. The seller wouldn’t call it an engine. It’s an electric motor. Probably a mechanical fault with the motor or lift mechanism. The controller box would monitor the current consumption and go into slow(safe) mode operation. They will have to replace that section, and then you have the trouble of fitting a new one. Wonder can you do a setup or reset of the control box. They are more complicated than they look. But it’s a good warranty.
It's Manufactured in Poland, so it could just be a translation problem. Most people including Google translate can't understand my accent, but now that the fault has reappeared and there's no fault code then with all the units that have been sold, then they should know what the problem would be. I can't be the first to ever have got this issue. The 5 year warranty and the fact that its made in EU is why I paid the extra money for this, but I dont want to be answering questions for the next 5 years. If they mess me about then next option is Amazon Product Support, Credit Card Claim or Consumer Council.
I got a Touring in the Trees Permit for 2025, so I'll be getting the Caravan cleaned up and get touring again in the new year. I got 2 heated underblankets for the Caravan, to keep me and Luna warm at night so my next wee project will be to do a wee rewire of the Caravan Mains so I can run a Electric hookup cable from the Renogy 1000watt Inverter that's in my car, to power the Blankets. I've already got 3 100amp lithium Batteries, and I'm about to order another 2 today. Getting a good deal. Both 100amp Ecoworthy Batteries are £375 after discounts and coupon and ill get another 5% Cashback from a offer that I've got with my credit card
