Если его стирать, то он скоро развалится, а если не стирать, то это рассадник грязи и инфекции. Много усилий, трудозатраты, а коэффициент полезного действия очень маленький.

Not sure that the bath mat could stand up to being washed in a machine as the fabric is only glued. Nice idea though. 😊
It's a good idea to take a needle and thread and tack it to the base so you can wash it and the rolls won't fall off

I took old towels, some sewing and made laundry bags. They work great for taking laundry to laundromat and are washable.

You have the most original ideas but they are so labor intensive. Keep creating new from the old, it’s really a gift.

What a lot of work can buy bath mats even good quality ones are not that expensive or just use old towels to put on floor as bath mats.

I was curious. Thanks for the idea to repurpose some old towels. But I think rather than do all that cutting and gluing I will just sew two pieces of an old towel together and then it can be thrown into the wash. 😊

Great idea with the old towels but I have a question. Can it be washed in the washing machine, will the glue loosen up ? and you would have to air dry it because a dryer would melt the glue again.
Can you use fabric glue or hand stitch too?x

Great idea. I've just been cutting old towels into 12 pieces,using them until they're filthy,then throwing them out ! You have talent !
If you try to sew it, you don't have to throw it away 😉
I serge or zig zag around the edges and use for hand towels or wash cloths. Then if they freeway badly I might see wedges again or toss. Have to be bad for me to toss. Use it up or wear it out! I repurpose if I can.

I made one from, of all things, silk flowers. Pulled the leaves and petals off the stems and plastic and sewed the leaves and petals to a heavy towel. In lines about 3/4” apart all over the whole thing. All shapes and sizes and colors. Bright and cheerful. The more I wash the fluffier it feels!

Wenn schon Recycling, dann nicht mit so einem Kleber . Die Waschmaschine übersteht es auch nicht. Besser wäre es zu nähen. Trotzdem eine tolle Idee 👏

Я думаю,надо использовать водостойкий клей,в машинке не стирать,а просто замочить в мыльной воде,потом прополоскать,сушить горизонтально.Тогда коврик не развалится.Коврик выглядит оригинально и для ног приятный.Хороший вариант для тех,кто любит рукоделие.А кто не любит,то можно просто сшить несколько полотенец.
Скорее всего, после загрязнения викинуть.,
