CellProfiler Tutorial: pixel-based classification with ilastik

I tried to use the cell profiler pipeline and it works but I want to add object tracking to analyze time-lapse images but it is not working for some reason. I am a new user .. Any idea ?

@@cobacenter when i try to import the pipeline from gitHub to CP i get an error message "Received HDF5 file header was invalid". pls advise how to solve it?
