250 g large shell pasta + 1 handful of salt to cook it
500 g of frozen spinach
1 drizzle of olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
3 sliced garlic cloves
2 diced tomatoes
200 ml tomato paste or fried tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
500 gr of ricotta (or philadelphia)
100 g of grated mozzarella cheese
