Crush without water
Fry on high heat with 1 spoon mustard seeds until blackened

Mix 1 and 1/2 spoon of this powder with 1/2 spoon coconut oil and 1/2 spoon castor oil
Apply...leave for 1 hr, wash with plain water, repeat next day, wash 3rd day with shampoo
