Ive been a paraplegic for 24yrs. Ive overcame obstacle after obstacle against all odds. The problem now is that everyone expects me to do it. I dont need help I can do anything, people truly believe this. I have no idea how to accept help even if someone wanted to. Im ok with the giving but the accepting Im horrible at. I watch all these types of videos hoping to learn some type of skills, I just love them.

A very effective exercise at the start of a meditation session is allow the chatter to come . Do not resist or attempt to banish or relegate the chatter , it will only lend it sanctuary .
After a few minutes ask yourself...
