I'm pretty sure that 3LW wasn't gonna last anyway because if you see a few interviews of when they first came, you just knew that they wasn't gonna last because of the differences between Naturi & Kiely, Naturi & Kiely even admitted that they didn't get along in an interview when it was all 3 of them (this was before they working on the second album)
Vincent Holden I agree. They were never really a cohesive group. I don't even think I have ever even heard them sing a decent, three-part harmony acappella. *sigh*

Bivens if you really think about it,none of the girl groups from the 2000's (Danity Kane,PCD or Fifth Harmony) could do a acappella harmony... the problem with 3LW is that they always gave Adrienne & Kiely more parts instead of Naturi & Naturi was a better singer / background vocalist than Kiely & Adrienne
I think Fifth Harmony has a good acapella, but those others, not so much.
Naturi clearly had the best voice of the girls; odd they let her go. I remember her singing on "Getting Too Heavy" and "Curious" on their first album, and even though she didn't sing all extra high, her tone was amazing! Clearly she was helpful in their two-part harmony because Kiely ain't harmonizing with anyone.

So its completely clear they wanted Keily to be the lead. But the image at that time was definitely in Adriennes favor. But its also clear that Naturi was everyones favorite. It's so obvious that the other group members and management were jealous of Naturi! They knew she was the most talented and intelligent out of all of the girls and they wanted to sabotage her chances of making it to the top... On her own. They knew she was capable of reaching the greatest heights so they made sure they kept her down. So disgusting!!! Naturi is beautiful on the inside as well as on the outside. The way she conducted herself so well during this interview despite what she had been through and continued to go through. She was so calm and collected at such a young age of 18. Super smart, humble and grounded. The other two girls never came close to her!!! ... And I think deep down they knew it and that's why they were against her and never had her back. Management tried to push the latina and the light skinned girl to the forefront whilst they neglected, put down and bullied the dark skinned girl just to please society and the entertainment industry's idea of beauty. HORRIFIC
