Where in the New Testament are believers admonished to advocate for a national leader's policies? Is not our concern almost wholly to be about growing in godly character, shining as lights into the darkness, and speaking God's gracious truth to domineering power abusers? We can separate agreeing with some policies and justifying major character concerns. What the church actually needs here is Discernment!
