Will Bianca ever return in eastenders?
She has some cameos with Kat usually. They have been arrested together twice for drunk and disorderly conduct, after getting bombed before one of Whitney's planned weddings.

@Kane West: Actress Patsy Palmer [ real name Julie Harris ] came back briefly to reprise her role as Bianca a couple of years ago, but she went back to the US after her short stint. She lives in LA with her husband and grown up children and works part time as a DJ in clubs.
