    Have you ever heard of Sattvik food movement. Some vegetables considering in the mode of goodness which is called Sattvik. Few vegetables considering in the modeof darkness which is called Tamasic

    love the recipe and plating. I don't see/follow very many vietnamese vegan blogs/cooks so I'm so happy to see you doing it, feels so comforting to me 💕 btw "gio" is pronounced more like "yaw" than "jaw", at least how my family pronounces it, not sure about other dialects 🤗

    Could you freeze them before frying ?

      Hi! Yes you can. I recommend placing them on a tray first (make sure they're spaced apart) and leave them to freeze for around 6 hours until hard before placing them in an air tight bag. Then you can fry them from frozen. Don't thaw these since they'll sog from the moisture. Hope this helps!
