Judge Caprio will be missed dearly by millions of people as a person and as a court Judge, for no other can hold a candle to this legendary man. I can only Pray that many other municipal court Judges across the US took notes on how to be as compassionate, caring, and respectful of a Judge as Judge Frank Caprio has been throughout his entire career.
