I am American and my Jordanian husband and sister-in-law are watching this with me in South Carolina. We are all salivating over your culinary adventures in Jordan. Watching your "happy face" after you take in a mouthful of food...that never gets old! I am so glad that I stumbled upon your videos. Very professional and well done! You should be on the Travel Channel if you are not already. 👍
The hospitality of the Jordanian people is amazing and that lunch....THAT is the meal I would most like to have been at the table for of all the meals I've watched you eat.
Mark, your videos are a joy to behold. You are not a food critic. You truly celebrate the food and cultures you sample. That sets you apart from many 'foodies' who go into restaurants looking for something to complain about. I almost feel like I am sampling the food myself. Thanks for a great series. Looking forward to more!
Hi Mark and Ying. I am sure you will succeed in all your recordings worldwide. Your jordan trip was absolutely incredible. And you get better and better. and also shows you a part of the Middle East. a big thanks . wish you all luck.
Mark, how do you find your guides? Do they stay with you throughout the whole journey? Or, do you call them up, book them in advance? I wouldn't know how to start planning a trip like this. I like the bald guy. Looks like a generous soul, patient and very polite. I remember seeing you dine a few years ago then lost sight of you. Back then it was just a few hundreds of us watching your videos and look at you now!! Incredible content, you are a delight to watch. So informative and how you adapt to the different cultures is just exquisite. ~ Keep up the good work with your wife and thank you for all your effort. All the very best to you both. xx

You can ground espresso coffee beans till it's fine powder and add a little pit of cardamom powder to it. In a tiny pot, put water, coffee mix and sugar if you like (100ml water you put 2-3 tsp coffee mix). Dissolve then on a medium heat till it's just starts rising before boiling and serve in a small cup. Always keep an eye on it, it can boil over very fast. Enjoy

Hey mark, ive been watching ur vids for a while now and honestly, u are one of the most honest and genuine looking bloggers out there and ur expressions truly show how much you love food! Im actually korean and i grew up in laos, thailand, philippines, the states, and korea so ive experienced my share of culture and food and its just awesome to see someone who loves food as much as me share all ur experiences with the world! It really would be awesome to actually meet ya and talk about life and food haha hope ur enjoying korea!
Mark its sensational. The videos so far on Jordan are so amazing and happy you are enjoying yourself with Ying and the Jordanians really took great care of you both. Then again you guys deserve it every min of it. Yeah raw beef well maybe one day i will try it it is probably like extremely rare steak. Thumbs up and really makes my mouth water.
After watching tons of mark's videos, i came to a conclusion. When he just nods his head and say "ummmm", it means that the food is probably good, not bad but not fantastic and when he says "ummmm" a few times it means the food has a weird taste but may not be possibly bad. When he closes his eyes and sway to his right while saying "ooohhhhhhh" means the food is exceptionally good.
I would love to take a trip like you guys, all your Jordan videos are awesome great job!! Great food, now I got my wife hooked on watching your videos, she loves it!! Thanks
MMMMMMM THE SEA FOOD LOOKS SCRUMPTIOUS AND DELICIOUS MARK, GRACIAS FOR THE FOOD REVIEW FROM THE MIDDLE EAST! WITH RESPECT TO YOU AND YOUR WIFE ALWAYS MARK! MR.MOLINA UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SAN DIEGO CALIFORNIA 619
What wonderful hospitality you received everywhere you've been so far in Jordan. And again, the food (raw beef aside! I can't do it! lol) has all looked absolutely astounding. Also, I want a camel now. :) Thanks for another great upload, you two.
How does Mark manage to swallow a whole mouthful of food without chewing ? I think his attempts to combine all ingredients of a dish together as a taste test is a good idea. It seems the secret of his food tasting videos is because he has camera-charisma. I wish his wife and son were included more often in his videos as they make a happy family. Good luck Mark in all your future eating adventures ! . I enjoy watching your videos very much.
I came up with Mark's scoring system :
Polite nod - not that good
Excited nod - good
Vigorous nod - almost excellent
Half head sway - very good
Full head sway - amazing
Full head sway with closed eyes - orgasmic
😂😂
good job hahaha you can get his scoring system
Hahaha true
Lol
Yes that's right.

Then again you guys deserve it every min of it. Yeah raw beef well maybe one day i will try it it is probably like extremely rare steak. Thumbs up and really makes my mouth water.
+Veloster 1337 Thank you very much, I think you'll love the raw beef, amazing!
Just came about your channel on UA-cam last week and I am totally binge watching!
I cant take my lunch without watching your videos mark, am enjoying it
After watching tons of mark's videos, i came to a conclusion.
I totally agree! At first I was confused because he likes every food - but I've picked up a few cues after some videos lol
I would love to take a trip like you guys, all your Jordan videos are awesome great job!! Great food, now I got my wife hooked on watching your videos, she loves it!! Thanks

What wonderful hospitality you received everywhere you've been so far in Jordan. And again, the food (raw beef aside! I can't do it! lol) has all looked absolutely astounding. Also, I want a camel now. :) Thanks for another great upload, you two.
+electricmonk71 Thank you, haha, hope you can find a camel!
Amazing videos of Jordan :) next of my list of places to visit. You are sweet, simple and entertaining! Thank you for showcasing the real pictures.
Thanks for the great video, Mark and Ying!
Your videos are absolutely incredible and I love your personality, you should be on the Travel Channel or either Discovery
Amazing photos and videos the food and the drinks are looking great and tasty and its so authentic and looking amazing.....
