Almost all male reactors got crush on her. She got the talent and the beauty. I will not be surprised if another reactor will have crush on her too.
i discovered Gigi just a week ago and watched literally countless reaction to her singing videos. I did notice that almost or most of the male reactors showed some kinds of crush on her. sometimes it was even very obvious and/or spoken loud out in their reactions. of course it's no surprise if they do. i.e. one of her main attractions is her smile... sweet like honey.

What most Filipinos don't point out is that at the fast beat intro, Gigi actually remarked in amusement "it's (too) fast!" And at the end of the second turn (basically the end of the intro) she put her hands out to signal to get back to the pre arranged speed. She even said out loud "okay" in a serious bossy tone to alert her band. Then she said "okay, roms" directly signalling her band leader to stabilize. It is known that her band would routinely play pranks on her while doing a set just for fun.

Not a lot of reactors have reacted to her I'LL BE OVER YOU, the classic song from the 80s by Toto. Not sure if you've seem that one. It's a little gem. She sang this a few times but go chk out the one from 2 yrs ago (2.3 million views), with just her & Jon. It's so beautiful!

Gigi's harder stuff is Decode by Paramore, House of the Rising Sun by The Animals.. she has mentioned Paramore, Avril Lavigne and Alanis Morissette as teenage influences.. she is a chameleon but her heart is with alternative rock.
Best duets or ensembles are: her with Sam Mangubat but still with her real name Gidget dela Llana, Shallows; her with Daryl Ong, several duets; her with Morissette Amon, Toni Braxton medley; and finally the Grown-up Christmas List with Daryl Ong, Sam Mangubat, Katrina Velarde AND Gigi..

Rising Sun would be the closest cover similar to Unholy but Gigi's Unholy is so good, so unique, hard to find a comparison. Please react to her covers of Adele's All I Ask and Angel Baby (by Troy?). You'll see her 'romantic' side on these two songs and her renditions are better than the originals. Appreciate your reaction videos of Filipino artists.

Others ended up singing in the language, learning the language and discovering Philippines.

The queen of covers for me will always be KC, but I’m going to look into this girl more. I’d never heard of her. This cover reminds me of metal music vocally. A guy auditioned for The Voice Australia with this song this past year and it was fantastic. Recommend checking that out. I can’t remember his name for the life of me though lol
