I don't understand why people are saying you can barely see the makeup. You're not supposed to be able to see bronzer and blush once it's on your face, they're supposed to blend together seamlessly. Bear in mind she's working with bright studio lights which wash everything out and in real life the make up probably looks nice and natural. Not everyone wants their highlight to be visible from space. It seems like youtube and instagram have made people forget that sometimes make up can be natural. My only issue with this palette is that the brown shadow should have been darker so you could have the option of getting more definition. You don't really need a medium brown because you can just use the bronzer. They should offer a service that allows you to choose which shades you want in the palette, then everyone will be happy.
Exactly! So many people cake on their makeup like they're doing an at home facial.
Reading the comments on this video is making me sad, not least because I know that Tati will see them and some people are being really cruel. She works so hard at her channel and is constantly putting up videos for us, and then people tear her apart - she'll never be able to please everyone! Constructive criticism that's brought to her attention can be valuable, but this passive aggressive tendency some people have to post comments about Tati, but not TO her (even though it's her video and of course she'll see them) is essentially just bullying, not to mention cowardly. There's someone with real feelings the other side of that camera, and all she's trying to do is create something we'll enjoy. Thank you, Tati - most of us really appreciate it.
some don't realize that they are doing it and others do it because it's safely behind their keyboard. Misery loves company. SO many people lack respect and think their low blows are cute. It's classless and tacky.

You can look fresh and youthful or you can look glamorous... Hard to do both, and she seems to prefer Glam.
I've had a really bad day but coming home and watching Tati can relax me and make me feel so calm no matter what. Love you Tati

Some people are saying this palette is boring but I think for someone who is on the go a lot, works a lot or a busy mom, this is perfect. It would make you feel nice and put together and it's super fast, plus you don't need many products to achieve a beautiful look. I do agree though, if you're a makeup hoarder, it's probably not something you would need lol. But that mascara is a must have 😱
$32 is not terrible for the mascara. I'd invest in it. I'm curious to try it!!

+Fanny Feng And Charlotte TIlbury mascaras last for a long time! I had my full fat lashes for about 5 months and the formula hasn't dried out (just a little) but it still applies just like new!
***** The wand brush is pretty superior. If I don't rebuy it, I'll definitely save the wand and reuse the brush in other mascaras. If you don't already use a growth serum, then it's worth it. I use Latisse so don't really need the growth serum in it.

Lorac sells similar palettes for approximately $20. Amazon exclusive Lorac cheek and eyeshadow palette and Tati used it/recommended it in her previous videos. The other one is "the getaway eye and cheek palette" at Nordstrom.
No way! Drugstore makeup, IMO, for the most part sucks! Horrible quality and ingredients. I can't stand any of it. I also hate highly priced makeup (like Chanel and Tom Ford) that are way over priced and over perfumed.

Why so salty? I'm being honest. Physicians formula has a good highlighter and L'Oreal has good neutral eye palettes. Elf also has great smudge pots. You just have to know what brands to buy and do your research. There are very few thing I would say are worth your arm.
I have built my entire new makeup routine over your recommendations and cannot be happier. I go crazy over my hourglass highlighter everyday! love you and your videos!!!

Very much. I love Tati, but at the beginning you could tell she was trying to justify how plain this palette is whereas if another brand made this palette she would probably rip it apart.
She's definitely biased towards high end brands. But I think it's a natural reaction when you're so used to high end makeup. We have to remember, most beauty gurus are rich as heck and they get used to the super super high end makeup.
+Brook Humphrey I have this palette it is really gorgeous the quality of the bronzer and the highlighter is awesome and I bought alot of high end products based on Tatis opinion and they are my favorites now

I've been reading the comments and my god, the criticism for this video is outstanding. So much complaining! First of: there are people who like the WTF videos (including me), maybe the mascara was 32$ because she just couldn't find anything more expensive. Second of all: she can do her base makeup just as she likes it. She might read the comments and show a comparison of the mascara from today and the mascara from yesterday to show there are differences in her lashes. Also, she's human, she will be biased. What makes you a snob is buying something very expensive and then throwing it away because it's nit the best. Of course she's gonna love high end products - they usually are better than drugstore stuff. She raves about both.
Just calm down with everything. She's great at what she does, the only one here that does it properly. Keep the WTF videos, I'll never have the money for the products but I love watching them. Thanks Tati.

thank you for being honest about the eyeshadows. it bothered me that you didn't focus on that in the checkups. but I like that you were honest about it at the end. this is why I come back over and over again.
Honestly, I'm just not down to spend money on make-up that you can't bloody see. I mean, I barely saw anything on your face so I'm definitely not going to be able to see anything at all on mine. The eyeshadow is barely detectable and the highlight I just ... I don't see anything at all . These kinds of paletts feel like such a rip-off because there's just nothing there - no normal person would look at you and be like "oh, your makeup is so galant and "champagne" today". In reality, it looks like you aren't wearing anything except foundation and I'm just going to spend any money on stuff like that anymore. (Yes, I'm pissed. Makeup like this is so excruciatingly expensive and they basically sell you an illusion).

Tati!!! Keep doing what you are doing girlfriend! We love seeing your WTF videos because we get to experience these luxury items, and if we see fit we buy it! Thanks to you I have a few ABH products, some wetnwild products, all kids of stuff you have recommended, what I am getting at is: this is your job, you test products in this series that are normally priced very high. That palette and mascara are expensive and totally deserve a spot in your WTF series, that mascara made your lashes look wonderful compared to yesterdays video!

Hey Tati I've seen in a previous video you have mentioned the Lorac Pink Champagne palette but we never really got a full review. I think it's an amazing palette for traveling since its very compact and thin plus it has 4 eyeshadows, bronzer, blush, and a very pretty highlighter! Would really love a full review.

Considering how many of us requested the mascara review for this *just* yesterday, I say thanks, Tati! It may not be an every day mascara for me, but it certainly looks worth it for evenings out when I just want that little bit more vavoom (I am older and can't see close up to be fiddling around with false lashes). The palette looks nice for travel, but I agree that if you don't love love the shadows in it then pass. I found an all-in-one Tarte palette last year that stays put in my travel bag, certainly wasn't quite as expensive, and the colors are all keepers.
When you get your hands on it, you should do the Jefree Star skin frost and Beauty Killer Palette!!!! I would love to see what you think of them!
I love that that mascara is very volumizing yet not supper clumpy.

My Legendary Lashes Mascara just came in the mail today. Of course I had to try it right away. I having been trying fake eye lashes but I can't get them ever to look right. Well now I don't have to because this mascara is the bomb. Is that the word? My lashes never looked so good. It is a must have. Thank you for your review on this Tati, I love your videos.
She also stated in her videos, regarding her mascara they have vitamins, mineral, conditioning properties to it and is also to help stimulate growth from the eyelash bulb.

You should try the maybelline lash sensational mascara in the black tube! I have like no lashes and it is AMAZING. It's clumpy in a good way too
So to use this palette on the go you also have to carry around three brushes

I love your videos. You work hard to upload frequently and vary your content. I am a very fair African American but my three daughters are all different shades and undertones. Thank you for being sensitive enough to address how products will look on all women. And finally, I buy makeup in all price ranges so please continue to feature products in all ranges. I wish you'd be more transparent about which products you purchase vs which you've received as a pr sample. Almost every beauty blogger received this pallet - wonder why you wouldn't acknowledge it. Still love your videos but as I start to lose trust in your reviews you may lose a viewer :(

I didn't see beauty in that highlight. That's an exaggeration, Tati! The mascara was obviously volumizing and it's clumped.
Could you do something on the Tatcha skin line? They have a lot of highly rated products and tend to be on the very expensive side and I'm curious!

The mascara honestly seems pretty awesome. The smudging doesn't bother me so much especially when the eyelashes are so big and voluminous.

for 31.00...I purchased it because I heard it's Fabulous (little Tubes on Lashes and like a Serum) but have not tried it yet! Cameran on "Southern Charm" loves it .
Tati, you should have bought the other palette. I have it and you can get a beautiful seductive smokes look with it. They're all shimmer. I LOVE mine!

This is a great palette, but you make everything look good. I do love your lipstick today. It’s a very feminine, soft look. You are so fun to watch. I am a new subscriber and after watching other makeup gurus, you have tons of great suggestions. You really go “all in” with trying new things and evaluating them on pertinent points. Like your technique and tips.

First, thank you for reviewing the palette! My thoughts: Meh, that's what Z Palettes are for....I can make my own face and eye palette with shades I know I love, you know? (i still love my Lorac face and eye palette!). CT's 2-blush technique and "pop of color" is Bobbi Brown's baby...that's always been her method. I'm so happy that CT's newest mascara works for you!!! I get the same results, as I've posted before, from Jordana's Best Lash. I'm so pleased that you found your HG, girl! Your lashes look FABULOUS! ❤

Tati! Can you do a review of Rodial skincare for WTF? I love the dragon's blood sculpting gel, it's so effective for a "pre-contour" before contouring (with makeup). I'm only 21 and don't actually need firming really...but since I've been using it people have asked me if I've lost weight! ☺️ more people need to know about Rodial!!!
