SUGAR - 1/4 CUP
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1/4 TSP
OIL - 2 TBSP
FLOUR - 1/3 CUP
COCOA POWDER - 2 TBSP
BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TSP
BAKING SODA - 1/4 TSP
MILK - 1/4 CUP
* if you are using condensed milk then add 2 tbsp sugar*
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
