They need to fix defensive adjustments when the offense is audibling and adjusting. Everything freezes and next thing you know, the ball is snapped. 9/10 they have a guy wide open cuz you can't make the adjustment.

Also when they motion and the defense is in man, the defender doesnt follow them completely and it causes the reciever to be wide open.
