Well you are not to far gone dear friend and the fact that you see the condition of your heart and your need is a very good sign. I encourage you to get alone with Jesus. pour your heart out to Him. repent of the things holding you back, things that have offended Him. ask Holy Spirit to come baptize you with fresh holy fire and passion to seek the face of Jesus. Make it an everyday part of your life to get alone with Jesus, lay at His feet. Put a worship set on and shut everyone and everything out. No distractions. Just you and Jesus. Let Him minister to you day by day and as you come to Him He will change your heart. You must cultivate intimacy with Him. If you really want Him than go after Him even if it hurts your flesh. As you go in pursuit of Him you will find those lesser things, lesser desires falling off your life and He becomes everything to you. It’s all He wants. He’s wooing you even now!! I will pray for you as faithfully as I remember to.
Jesus loves you so much. I used to be a prodigal and thought my heart was very hard, because of thinking I made many mistakes. But the moment I was honest with God I cried out to Him from my heart and said Jesus I want to be with you but I don't know how. In that moment Jesus literally restored me. I remember my life was completely transformed. Jesus just wants our hearts, the fact that you want to know Jesus, shows that you desire Him is amazing, Jesus sees your heart. The more you get to know Jesus, the more you will realize he is actually for you, and cares about you. As you draw near to him, he will draw near to you. He will show you more and more of who He is for you and will strengthen you, help you. Jesus loves you endlessly.
I love that you reached out for prayer. In your hardness you still see the need for Him! I pray God grant her repentance and soften her heart toward you as she calls out to You. Thank you for healing all hurt that the enemy has planted in her heart. I thank you, God, that salvation is deliverance, preservation, and safety. As she calls out to you, I pray she is delivered from the lies, hurt and all they have tried to produce in her!

I have a very hardened heart due to disobedience, idol worship. I could use a lot of prayers. Because I know Jesus Christ is all I need. Thank you.
