- This painting today gave me a little bit of trouble. I've gotten so used to painting on larger canvases that I didn't take into account how a small canvas was going to work with such a big idea. This Ring Pour Swipe is one of the classes I'm going to be teaching at the Fluid Art experience in September in Dallas, Texas. You can book your classes now. Slots are filling up fast.

Aw, boyfriend, I love this one...the colors are so, so pretty, and it turned out so very well! 😍
I absolutely love this one Brian!
I like the lacing part running diagonally through it and the colors and awesome!
Brian, this is gorgeous!! ❤ You are too hard on yourself…the first one was great, too! ;)
I love how balanced this turned out. I always fear swiping through a ring pour but this turned out great.
Beautiful ring pour ❤
Oh I love this one. Gorgeous
Excited to see you create this!
I actually really liked your 1st attempt!!! 😀
Wonderful colors as always 😍💜 Brian.Your works with bigger canvas which seem smaller in your hands 😂 are always extraordinary 😍💜
Beautiful! Brian I love this!
Beautiful. ❤❤❤❤. I love the way you did the swipes and stretching.
Great composition! Beautiful pour !😊✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️
Brian this one looks so cool! 😎
Great composition, Brian! I liked both, but the second pour turned out fantastic!
My favorite was #1❤
This is beautiful.
Love this piece!
Brian, love the colours and the composition! Love from NB Canada!
❤❤Beautiful❤
Wow beautiful the color perfect ,i want try it ❤ nice work
Had to chuckle at “smaller canvases” - being of small stature and almost 80 years old, 16 x 20 is one of my bigger ones but have some 20 x 24 that I will be trying. I thought the first pour was beautiful but the second one is even better! Beautiful colors and composition!
💜
Having missing you today Brian. Hope you’ll feeling better very soon. Absolutely fantastic ring pour swipe outcome with my favorite color🎨 👍🏻⭐️⭐️⭐️🙂
Hi Brian, fantastic painting.. new to this.. so if you can mention that what you used for swiping purpose, what was that material.. paint mixed with silicon oil or something else ?
You’ ve never said anything about the mixture of colors. What is your ratio? So important!
When you did the second pour was the first one dried?
The first was so NOT ugly - I liked them both in fact. Small canvas?! Not for me - especially with broken wrist!
I love the swipe through looks like a snake skin pattern in the ring pour swirls.🩵💙🤍
