- 1. Mutton with bones 3kgs
2. Onions 6-7 sliced
3. Clarified butter (pure ghee) 250 ml
4. Curd 500gms
5. Cream 200ml
6. Almonds 150gms
7. Cashew nuts 250gms
8. Garam masala powder 1tablespoon
9. Salt 2tablespoon
10. Ginger garlic paste 6 tablespoon
11. Coriander leaves 2 bunches
12. Mint leaves 2 bunches
13. Slit green chillies 8-10
14. Black pepper powder 2 tablespoon
15. Water as per your requirement
16. Garam masala powder
• Bay leaf 2-3
• pepper corn 1 tablespoon
• shahzeera 1 tablespoon
• cinnamon sticks 6-7
• cloves 7-8
• cardamom pods 7-8
