I love the video! I would like to mention some of the theoreticals that you keep bringing up though just so people know the percentages. If you have Krark and Sakashima out you have a 75% chance of losing at least one flip. 50% of that is the possibility of a win/lose scenario, 25% is lose/lose, and 25% is win/win. So when discussing probabilities with these commanders it's important to keep in mind that with just Krark and Sakashima on board you will get (in theory) a win/win scenario 25% (or 1/4) of the time. This means you'll only be able to recycle your spell 75% of the time. Now if you have your commanders out and a harmonic prodigy then you could likely call it theoretical infinite mana with a ritual of some sort. Both your commanders and a Harmonic Prodigy out would be 4 krark triggers, which brings the chance that you win all flips down to 6.25%. This means that 93.75% of the time with 4 Krark triggers you will lose at least one trigger and be able to get the spell back. At that point is when I'd ask my opponent if they want to run the odds or just say I get to free cast stuff. I would definitely not advise assuming you have infinite mana off of just Krark and Sakashima on board. I'm addicted to this deck and I'm so happy to see it's still being played and videos are being made about it. I love your channel man and keep pumping out great content!
Kitten and seeker out, chain of vapor yourself, seeker trigger get misstep, target chain of vapor, seeker trigger get the offer you can't refuse, target mental misstep, get anything. On Dargo Thrasios I do this to get life's legacy going.
Yes. But lands are tricky. Moxfields tells me players play 16 swamps and 12 forests. So I have to ... fiddle with the data to make it count things correct. So yes but it is a work i progress.
Players don't submit decklists for all tournaments but mostly they do. edhtop16.com/?tourney_filter__size__%24gte=64&tourney_filter__dateCreated__%24gte=1659422080&colorID=null This is where I got them from.
oh yes, my first real cEDH deck, won me tons of games, bored to death and confuses tons of my friends aswell, such fun deck to play, the worst to play against.. :d rn im playing grixis "Silly Krark" paired with Silas and its just bonkers!
Hello! I love your videos and I've even asked you for krark/sakashima videos but you said that you hate them :(. (I'm a Krark/sakashima player) I hear you and it's the same thing I hear every time I play that deck with my friends, everyone it's scared because "something" could happen, BUT AS YOU SAID, there are a lots of IF, you can't win just with the two commanders, you need at least 2 krark triggers (could it be krark and sakashima/veyran/harmonic prodigy), a card that gives you mana and a card that gives you card advantage (any combination like birgi and overmaster, archmage emeritus and rite of flame...) so it's "kind of" a 4 card combo, and as you said, it's not infinite. In your video you said that with both of your commanders in play you could go "infinite" (in a non deterministic way), but just with both commanders you have only 50% of resolve the spell and get it back in hand., so most of the times rituals like "rite of flame" or "pyretic ritual" just go up and down. Could you invite some Krark/Sakashima players like Ken Baumann (hopefully) or may be another and interview them so someone whon normally plays that decks could explain more about it. (as you did with Malcolm/Kediss) Thanks in advance, and as I said, love your channel. P.S. Sorry if I couldn't explains something right, english it's not my main lenguage and normally don't speak or write it, I just listen to it.
It is often hard to find timezones that will match. If you want to come and talk about krark sak your welcome to if you feel you know the stuff. Maybe Krark Sakashima will win a tournament again and it is time to make this video again. Then what do you think? You can write to me on discord on micromonkey#3985
In CEDH anything goes like stax and land destruction and all sorts of combos so people should just put up with a long turn to resolve spells for the win. Or just concede.
Nice deck tech I also hat the infinite coin flips. I played against the secret lair deck and it was boring AF. In the future I will concede and find another pod then wait for someone to make endless flips for hours.
I know it wouldn't help this deck really, but i really wish they would make Krarks other thumb commander legal. With so many cards that roll dice nowadays it only makes sense and its not broken or stupid like most other "Un" cards.
I used to run this combo when they first came out, within first 24 hours…. I deconstructed it due to time limits each turn 😪🤣🤦♂️ Friends could go make a sandwich and play a game of madden before my turn was over

Let’s go, a video about krark. I asked a while back for one and it is here now. Thanks for the great content
I did not forget about it. There have been a few request for it.
Thanks for the video! It was an amazing win and we'll fought
Krark gang
Quality content as always! Loving the analysis, keep up the great work!

Haha Jacob got his clout. He always told me he’d get there
You can do it if you really want it. But you must try, try and try, try and try YOU SUCCEED AT LAST!
hey, I love your videos, they help me a lot. Could you do a deck tech of the blood pod (tymna, tana) please?
A few others have asked for me. So sure. I guess. They don't have that many games in. But I can take a look at what blood pod looks like in 2024.
@@cedhtvgood friend of mine just started playing pod again. Seems to be coming back slightly
Nice, I asked for this one a bit back! Have you considered doing a "how many lands should you play" similar to your counterspells video?
Yes. But lands are tricky. Moxfields tells me players play 16 swamps and 12 forests. So I have to ... fiddle with the data to make it count things correct. So yes but it is a work i progress.
I wonder 🧐 how many other cEDH tournaments happen, in my area we have 2-3 tourny per month at local stores, the decklists/ data not collected
Where do you get the winrates and decklists for each tournament, do players submit decklists for all tournaments?
Players don't submit decklists for all tournaments but mostly they do.

True. But I can still have a preference.
do the copied spells even count towards storm ?
No.
not even the ones that say "copy that spell you may cast the copy for free" ?@@cedhtv

Yeah. .... y . e a h ....
Oof. The deck that has long as hell turns trying to resolve spells. Yeah I hate it too lol. ❤
did it win by boring its opponents to death? hehe
There is a chance!
I can confirm this is what I did
So I have this deck. lol
But it is a dragons approach deck. And I tutor orvar.
It’s Krarkashimia’s Orvar’s approach.
