from a extension girly perspective you should definitely get clip ins. tape ins are so harsh on your hair especially with the amount of times I've seen you take them out and place them back in from your videos. personally I noticed my natural hair growing faster with clip ins. just thought I'd mention that, love you Remi 🤍
