    Another bookbinder's tip. Keep needles stuck in an old cork. It makes them easier to find and to pick up when working.

    I know this video is three years old, but I just saw it.
    For anyone wanting to build this in the future, the easiest way to find the exact corner is to lay the card on paper and use a ruler to extend the line of the side and the bottom. Use the intersection of those lines to measure your angle, rather than trying to guess the center of a rounded corner.

    Apologies for commenting on an old video but an idea for finding the exact corner, stuck the card down on paper and draw two straight lines at the edges essentially extending them to make a point that's the corner

    Here’s a thought . Use a 45 degree triangle for cutting the fold. Mine is aluminum.

    If you drew a 45 degree angle on a peace of paper, then line the corner of your card up to the 45, you would be dead on, in the corner?
