I think in that regards the writers really missed a big opportunity however, it does make me smile to know if the actors had their way that maybe we would of gotten our couple. Jason and Robin are missed so much on General Hospital. They are a permanent piece of GH history just like Luke and Laura. The chemistry between Jason and Robin was unbelievable. When you would see him with Sam or Courtney the chemistry was not as strong when he was with Robin. Let's not forget pathetic Carly which I think was so wrong for the Robin and Jason storyline.
Michelle 921 Jasons chemistry with Courtney, Sam, and evem Carly has always been good because of Jason. Carly is so much better than Robin. Robin was such a bore. A straight up bore and always has been. I would rather see Jason with ANYONE but Robin. Robin FINALLY came alive with Patrick. Her most memorable scenes for me are with Patrick and Anna.
Robin is an awesome actor. Her character is much better than Carly character will ever be. Robin acting abilities are excellent compared to Carly who can't shine Robin's shoes. There is absolutely nothing boring about this young lady.

I watched General Hospital when I was waaaaay young, like back when Brenda was a main character. I fell out of it for awhile but when I returned, I saw Steve's Jason character. I thought Steve was terrific! As a gamer too, you can imagine how thrilled I was, learning he was chosen to voice Cloud Strife (of Final Fantasy VII lore). Now, every time I see Steve I think 'CLOOOOOUD!!!' XD Thank you for posting this!
I wasn't around during the time when JnR were the big thing, but from what I know, I always LOVED seeing JnR whenever they had a chance to talk together. As much as I LOVE Scrubs, Liason and JaSam... I was really excited when Steve did Cloud's voice myself. XD I never would've thought it, but when Kingdom Hearts was out and we got to *hear* Cloud for the first time, I totally flipped. Steve just NAILED it. I'm so happy he continued to lend his voice to anything Cloud-related. He's perfect!

@ungcl Yup. He probably had to be politically correct because the show tried so hard to push Sam and Patrick (and Liz and Carly) down our throats. Steve and Kim practically undo all these years of misplaced effort by just appearing in the same frame. They bring out the best in each other and in their characters with hardly any effort because they have such great chemistry, and because the Jason-Robin storyline is just too beautiful to forget. :-)
Thank you for stating the truth. I don't watch GH anymore because there storylines are so unbelievable. They tried and still trying to make Carly, Sam, Jax and Liz into something they are not it's time for them to leave GH. One of the best things Patrick did was leave GH sorry Robin and Emma went with him. This video is so sweet and it still shows how Steve and Kim are so awesome together.

ok, so here's my story pitch when kimberly returns to GH before it gets cancelled. (sorry guys: i do think GH is counting its days.) robin needs to be ANGRY AS ALL HELL that no one came after her while she was being held. she needs to see patrick with a new woman and be DOUBLE ANGRY. i'd love to see a badass, not-so-nice robin, for a change. THEN, robin and jason (who is already having issues with sam) must have a sordid affair. all the JnR fans need to have something juicy for the ages!
I am so happy that Jason is back on the show, I was sad when he was written off the show, the day he left the show was the day that I stopped watching GH, without Jason on the show to me, there was really no purpose to watch the show at all, Jason and Sonny are a team...Sonny need Jason , to handle things and to keep him out of trouble, Sonny has been making bad choices and decisions since Jasons DE partial and he has been spiraling way out of control. Jason needs to get back there and help Sonny to get back on track and back to reality.
I miss them both so much. Would love to see Kimberly come back and punch Brit in the face. Love to see Jason find out the baby is his. Don't know it I could stand a recast of either.
