When you pulled the dryer filter, you wonder WHY it won’t dry? Not to toot my wife’s horn, she thought use “ use it,clean it”. Take cloths out, clean the screen. Did you gently suggest to home owner to clean screen real regular?👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

That's our procedure too. Although, typically I clean it when putting in the new batch of clothes. Either way, every cycle it should be checked I believe.

Yes, the filter screen should be cleaned before every dry cycle.

We use a simple dryer which collects dust in a filter. After every run we clean the filter, 5 seconds hard labour, and exhausted we are have to empty the condensation water as well, another 5 seconds. After that we need a drink on the terrace. What a luxury to have such a suffisticated dryer that doesn't ask so much effort. Ten seconds more on the terrace, every run.

Pretty unhappy ones too, by the look of it. Those need some water.

That sucker's humin', now! I recently did a house in an exclusive neighborhood and the filter screen was full of CAKED ON lint and dryer sheet chemicals. ZERO airflow because of it.

Not trying to brag but if you saw behind my dryer your jaw would drop. I keep that sht spotless for the most part.... I think it's the clean freak in me... If ever inch of my living space isn't clean and organized it drives me crazy... and I've been this way ever since I can remember... even as a child...I had to organize my christmas toys... growing up...I drove my family crazy because the house wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be... How in the hell I got this way is beyond me....I have no clue.... but I get such a satisfaction with these types of videos seeing filth become clean

One thing to check is the slot where the lint filter goes into. Sometimes lint buildup prevents the filter from going all the way down. We often make sure to check that and vacuum out the filter slots. We often find cards and coins in behind there.

I sure wish there was someone in my area that did as good of work as you do. Hampton Roads is too far from Charlotte.

Which is Better? The Solid Core Clear or Orange Brush System? 20 ft or 33 ft? I see you are using the clear. I'm only doing Residential.

ABSOLUTELY! And when it happens, I always hope the duct didn’t break apart… However if it does, it makes the job WAYYY more fun, 😝!

I wonder if this person has teenagers. I tell you most of them don't know to clean the lent trap or just don't want to. My teenager didn't want to.

Why do people refuse to clean the dryer vent or behind the washer & dryer or the dryer hose 🙄
Must be Trumps fault lol 😂

How many squirrels and mice are gaining access to that laundry room due to that brown flip-up outside vent cover? I have a cage over my vent cover. There was another vent that we didn’t notice about 8 ft. away having nothing to do with the dryer. About 10 years ago a squirrel pair moved into the wall between the laundry room and the bathroom. My husband was not wearing his hearing aids while I was gone for a week and the squirrels had babies, wrecked the laundry room getting in via the other duct works and it was a nightmare. Two years later, same thing even though I had screwed a cage over the second vent. We never did figure out how they got in the second time but thankfully it hasn’t happened. You do not want to know how awful dead squirrel babies smell. 🦨💨
