The addons are the two that extend the duration of object's infection so you keep gens infected all the time (for thanatophobia). I've had people DC and give up over this lol
Tbh having played legion since release I’d say thana isn’t really viable since survivors will just protect one person/heal them consistently, thus denying you full thana value (unless you are going for an anti-heal build). Dracula’s new hex perk wretched fate might honestly be better, especially since it/when it gets cleansed you can relight the totem with pentimento and slow everyone down

Buddy if you don't need any gen slowdown to win with Legion then your MMR is at rock bottom or you just hard tunnel - both of which would make for insanely boring content to watch

LoL, and then I actually am curious and go watch a video. First thing i see is tunneling someone out and 3 man slugging after, in 2 out of 3 games .... I'll stick with Red thank you. Red runs only 1 slowdown on most builds anyways.

I run Dying Light instead of Oppression. Just enjoy the neverending gen progress and I'm willing to go to Hell for it!
