With Thanksgiving coming up this is a great recipe to add a nice slab of leftover turkey, chicken, or pot roast just about any protein onto. ...even dare i say some left over mac n cheese...😮add lettuces , tomatoes, mayo...the choices are endless. 😊Yum yum.
