Hi @Dimma you should get a washable marker and write the expiration dates on the bottom before you throw away the original packaging 🥰
Try to include expiry dates on the labels for those that have expiry dates on them.

Nice organization, well done. Can I suggest you use a 3 step organizer for your spice container inside the kitchen cabinet. This is to enable you take out one without disturbing the other.

You did a fine job of organizing your kitchen. One other thing that might help you use some of your vertical space are racks that look like an upside down U. Those give you an additional shelf in cabinets that don't come with a middle shelf.

The expiration date can be written on a small strip of tape (general purpose or masking tape) using a marker or pen and then placing this tape on the bottom of the new container. This makes it easily replaceable should you need to change the date. Hope this helps.

Lovely stuff Dimma, all round beautiful. I just want to point out something. Salt and Maggi are hygroscopic, and they are in containers that aren't airtight because of the space for the spoons. You may want to keep an eye on that. Your kitchen is great.

Very satisfying to watch - I’m settling in my own place too and will transvase my spices too. However I will look for someone who might need the empty bottles - some women in markets look for them. No throwing plastics.
