I, as a 35 year old woman, have a squishmallow. I saw a bin of them at Costco and one was a rainbow lion. I immediately grabbed it. My fiance was like "Where are you going to put it?" And I'm like "I don't care, I have a rainbow lion" lol

I have 2 kids that are both born in April (the 1st and the 16th). So apparently July is my fertile time, which makes sense because my birthday is in July and I love summer lol.
My mom wrapped everything. Everything in our stockings too. She used to say “it makes Christmas last longer”. We didn’t have loads of money back then, or now... My son is 20. I still wrap all of his stuff too. I’m wrapping for hours. But it’s worth it for their happiness & joy. Worth it for me.

You are right....it's finding the perfect gift that makes it all worth it. My one client bought me a Rae Dunn ornament (she knows I collect some items) and it says, "I'm Dunn with 2020." I always start buying or handmade the Christmas present at the end of Octomber and finish with all of them at the beginjng of November because I hate the crowded chaos in the stores in the holiday season and this way I will have money in December 😁

The little one pushes it all the time encouraging walking. Also can load it with treasures while they walk. Thought it was a great idea.

I also invested in books like crazy for my daughter - the blank ones especially that she wiuld write stories in. I had them, too, growing up, & still possess them after all these yrs! And, I have my daughter's too - tons of them! It's such a great gift!!!

When my daughter was young, I tied her hair brush to the bathroom cabinet knob so it wasn’t constantly lost!

We bought our girls expensive (to us when you times it by 3) hairbrushes 4 years ago for their stockings, our youngest *still* has not taken the tag off so she uses the plastic piece that holds the tag to hang the brush on the vanity knob. Always knows where her brush is, drives her sisters nuts, it's a win-win 😂
