I can't help but hope that someday, she'll see the leaf bug again, this time Bandit will be there and Bluey and will explain what kind of bug it is and explain why it looks like a leaf, which will make her love the leaf more because she now understands. And I love the animation change on Bingo's face when we see from the bug's POV.
Fun Fact: those brown things on the tree in episode 6 are pods from Poinciana trees! Their seeds are mildly poisonous and can cause vomiting and nausea, so im glad Bingo didnt add it to the salad!

Just by watching BBQ I can see that you're probably watching the original episodes (as the ones broadcasted by USA use "pepper" instead of "capsicum") and that makes me so happy! You do well in watching the original episodes because the episodes broadcasted outside Australia are censored a lot and I want you to watch the episodes as they were supposed to be watched. Not to mention there are a few episodes that have been censored fully like "Dad Baby".

My theory’s that baby dogs learn to walk upright first but once they get the hang of it they run around on all fours until they learn to talk since babies first communicate through cries & Socks communicated similarly through barking - so until around 2 (the age Socks was when she stopped acting as dog-like) Even in other eps like ‘The Claw’, ‘Ice Cream’, ‘Tradies’ & ‘Wild Girls’ barking & howling are still things the older kids are shown to do occasionally.
The dogs on BBQ are the girls' extended family from Bandit's side of the family: their uncle Stripe (Bandit's younger brother), their aunt Trixie and their younger cousins Muffin (the older one) and Socks (the younger one) who are (in this episode) 3 and 1 respectively. At the end, we see Bingo want everyone to acknowledge the work put into the salads, which ties back into Chilli, who also worked hard to make them.
