People think football is more dangerous well do you fall off .no can you get trampled .no can you get dragged if you foot is caught in the stirrup . No in horse riding you can and there’s more tragic things that can happen( you could get trampled in foot ball just not by a 3000 pound animal )

One time I was on a pony and there was a storm and he got spooked and he took of galloping and I can only. Cantor and I slipped and was holding on to his neck and I was able to get back up on the saddle it was so scary 😟

Epsom salt is the best recovery. Soak additive and if you're having congestion, the essential oils infused ones are awesome

I miss riding so much I was thrown a number of years ago and my hips and spine are still messed up but I'd do anything to ride again
