It took me a long time to get used to him. He does get better in later movies in the DCAMU. I guess I was not used to Batman sounding so monotone and I originally found it really bland. I was a moody teenager when these movies were coming out so maybe that's why I didn't like it back in the day.

The New Gods are NOT something that the Green Lanterns usually deal with. Villain like this are extremely difficult for even Lanterns to handle. This also includes other villains like Doomsday, who defeated hundreds of lanterns.

I've always thought Batman was... Too sane, for as far as that makes sense. Or rather, I'd love to see a person that's unappologetic with their weird creepiness, so I digged this version a lot.
