    I've been watching your videos for the past month and find them very informative and to some extent inspiring. I belong to 3 gyms which all have kettlebells and I have decided that I would start incorporating them into my workout routine. So far im enjoying this very different type of workout and love the way I feel afterwards. Thankyou for your effort in putting out these videos and hope others picknup this very interesting way of staying in shape.

      @@MarkWildman Could you also consider including some KB exercises (even just a list) that specifically help strengthen foot arches? You talked about "fixing flat feet" which also seems to improve balance & proprioception (?), so it would awesome to have. Thank you, sir!

    @Mark Wildman, thanks a lot for your channel. I am coming back to these drills videos after 12 months since the purchase of my first kettlebell. In between I tried to learn by UA-cam (mainly your channel) but I am just an average guy with no much gym experience, not much body posture conscience e not too keen to publish my videos on reddit for form checks. I ended up saving money on personal training and spending money on physio. This year I started training with a PT (great guy), I increased my swings volume a lot (20x20 emom 20kg, which I thought was unachievable but isn't). Only now I can really appreciate this and other videos. Given your generosity with the community, I thought I would share my experience with your tutorials.

    I have a question, what's the best program mixing kettlebells and clubbells with multiple type of exercises to follow couple days a week?
    I have and idea about the relation between some of their exercises and muscle groups it could target, but not sure if they can complement them selves.
    Clubbell => Kettlebell relation
    Mill + reverse mill => Snatch
    Out + Ins or alt pendulum => Swing
    Out + Ins or alt circles => Clean
    Stand Pullover => Bench pullover
    Gamma Cast => Press
    Where am I wrong here?
    Always learning new things, cheers mate!

    Hi Mark. I've discovered KB because of the current situation - I normally work out in a gym!
    Being new to KB training would you recommend doing 10 sets of 10 -20 reps, on the minute every day? I've only got a 12kg kettle bell + dumbbells and can't buy anything else anywhere for obvious reasons!!
    How important is rest, should I train ever other day or is can swings be done daily?
