Actually yes, bollywood have filled some pretty fucked up things into our heads. Not only About love and relationships but about a lot of other stuff too. The kind of movies that earn crores in our country are the one's that are cheapest in terms of content. And the guy delta force is also right because people ARE biased. I have seen this everywhere, like literally everywhere. Girls are always treated better be it anywhere hospital, bank , office, bus stand, railway platform, police station, school , college ,even on the road. For a girl they'll say " madam sambhal ke" And to a boy " abe andha hai kya" You can see it yourself go to a police chauki and ask for directions and then send your guy friend to do the same and see the change in their language.

wage gap is a myth. Dowry system, rape and female infanticide are illegal. but you know what isn't illegal yet? false dowry accusations, false rape accusations, chivalry.... wage gap is a myth. Dowry system, rape and female infanticide are illegal. but you know what isn't illegal yet? false dowry accusations, false rape accusations, chivalry.... And everything such a rape, domestic violence, body image issues and harassment against women are taken seriously but nobody cares about the same against guys. One may argue that education for females isn't given much importance and dowry system still prevails despite the laws however that is only applicable in the uneducated poor households and not in the rich educated ones. Am I saying men are more oppressed than women? maybe but it's not true the other way around either. There is a 3rd gender which is more oppressed than all. which are the transgenders. Nobody cares about transgender rights and they are the least desirable gender in the country. Yet there is not a single trans upliftment law and they don't even have any reservations. Neither has there been any trans upliftment movement.

Ojaswit Luthra empowerment for what? There are already equal opportunities for women economically and legislatively. Sure there is a certain social bias but that exists only in the backward societies, like I said in poor uneducated families. While transgenders are discriminated at every single place and society. And women in the uneducated societies do put up with shit, I don't deny that but men have to put up with a lot more shit too. men are less likely to win divorce settlements, or any infact any court case. Domestic violence against men is considered a joke. Men always grow up under a lot of pressure of responsibilities. Suicide rates are higher among men vs. women. Sure transgenders are supposed to be regarded as the gender they register under as but yet they are not considered so and treated in a manner nobody would want to be treated as. I bet if anybody had only 2 choices which was to be born as female or transgender. I bet every single person would rather choose female.
