- It is the easiest Spam egg rice. Adding cheese is optional but I recommend to add it. It makes it tastier.
Ingredients :
1.60g of Spam
2. Green onion
3. 1 bowl of steamed rice
4. 2 eggs
5. Mozzarella Cheese
* Salt, minced garlic, pepper, oyster sauce and mayonnaise

Any Americans watching this, I can confirm this is a “If you’re hungry and lazy” dish. Doesn’t taste the best but it does the job.
I cook a lot but it still looks pretty damn good. I dunno how the texture of the eggs would be from microwaving though.
It does look good but the texture of the eggs and “uncooked” spam kinda kill it.

@@cooracx9208 yup, that's what putts me off. I mean my lazy cooking dish is stir fried udon noodles with an egg, some minced vegetables and garlic, a splash of flying goose hot sauce at the end, yum! It takes 5 minutes to cook and the texture is perfect. why bother with the microwave XD

It made a buzzing sound, i assume micro waves in Korea are just integrated into the oven. Plastic wrap would melt in a regular oven.

I prepared this dish according to your recipe. Very tasty, but a little dry. It seems to me that this can be fixed by adding a chopped tomato, it will give juice.

Just tried this. The flavour was good but did not care for the mushy texture of the rice because of the microwaved eggs. I used leftover cold rice to make it and sliced deli ham as that was what I had.
I'd just reccomend frying it, adding the cheese, then broiling it. More dishes but the texture will be better.
I don't like mayonnaise. I'd substitute that with sour cream. It looks delicious otherwise.
