seriously neglected video. well edited, almost cinematic feel to it. there were a couple shot where the dust messed with the focus but other then that great video. nice bowl/platter also.
I solved the problem by taking some mm of the bolt to tighten with. That worked for a year now. I also have made small gabs, for the standard position, I usually got the toolrest in, so the bolt better grabs. 👍
i just bought this lathe and it will not turn 21 inches between centers,,,reguardless of what they say,,,im trying to turn a 19 3/4 inch piece and it will not fit,,,at the most,,,you might get 17 to 18 inches,,,,false advertisement on jets part
Stunning work great video.. 👍
Pretty decent looking bowl, only extra tool part is the chuck, otherwise just the lathe as it was unboxed. Very nice shape and very nice finish.
ah.. good question... i just bought one...sitting in garage...what chuck do you recommend? this is my first lathe. thanks
Круто 👍👍

Nice bowl but you did not show anything about the lathe like speed control the motor or the lathe in general
I heard that the tool rest slips and turns , no matter how tight you make it , is this your experience ?
