Sansui AU-D707 Amp Repair and Adjustments

This Sansui AU-D707 is my new repair project which I just completed. There was no defective parts in the unit, the protection stayed on due to the high DC offset at both channels. It just required some adjustments and services. I found this vintage Sansui amp sounds very good. It is worth to keep.

AU 919 and AU 819 got those dreaded black flags, did you replace them? Just bought this very same model that came from Japan. Nice video btw

Hello, may I know the screw type and size you used to remove the volume knob of this amp? Thanks.

Sorry for the late response. I used a1.5 mm hexagon L wrench (which is the smallest size in a wrench set) to remove volume knob. This wrench also fits other equipment such as Yamaha C-2a preamp.
