    So much memories. I had a brand new onM5 back in 89. Used to film weddings and made some good money with it.

    Great review and awesome shots! How did you transfer the video from the tape to your PC? Looks brilliant!

      Thank you! I used EasyCap video capture adapter for transfering. It's a cheap device. :)

      @@recreview3835 I have been told that those cheap accessories to go from usb to the computer lower the quality of the original outlet... firewire is better... is this true?

      You can use a USB capture card or a VHS to DVD recorder

      @@aidans9010 but with an vcr or directly from the camera?

    • @aidans9010
      @aidans9010 3 роки тому

      @@NatalieNicole2222 Depends if the camera has an S-Video/AV output, if it does, then you can record it onto a USB capture card directly from the camera and use software like AMCap to record it. If recording from a VCR you can use Scart to AV or just AV output to record aswell.

    Hello. Nice memories. I have M5 too. But the cassette is stuck inside the video and it's not coming out. Do you know how to get it out without damaging it?
    Thanks

      be careful
      u could try and ply it open with a screwdriver but it might break it
      u could also try and press the eject button

      I unscrewed the whole video from behind and turned a few pulleys by hand and it opened. After that, of course, the video didn't work. I just wanted to save only the tape. Αnyway the video was damaged before. Only for the shop window. Antique
