The lyrics are pretty poetic. Emphasizing on the concept of twins and duality. Like certain things that may appear as two different things but conceptually are the same.

A R Rahman is the music director who bring this tradition of introducing the professional carnatic singers into movie play back singing. He brought p unnikrishnan, nothyasree mahadevan and Bombay jayasree,who were very popular carnatic singers of that era. These songs kick started their play back careers aswell. They became popular in movie world also

Jeans is my favourite movie of Shankar's. It's simple, fun and at the same time is completely fresh. I don't remember how many times I have watched it.
Its not in the league of vigilante movies like Indian or Gentleman, But its really a fun movie, you can go for it and am sure you wouldn't be disappointed with it.
Shankar is a Mechanical engineer maybe that's why he is obsessed with technology related stuff.

After really long time I see some reaction video with the guys reacting, doing a ground work and trying to understand the context at least, instead of faking the reactions awfully or doing crap just for likes and views. Good! And at 05:55 the guy dances by hiding himself inside that box, that's why yellow coloured Aishwarya dances like that (as inside a box) :) This brilliance as a child I never understood, even most adult viewers. 😀💯
I'd suggest not to assume Jeans is a good movie because it was India's official submission to Oscars. It's pretty average and the use of CGI in this movie is very weird and terrible. One of the film's producers Ashok Amritraj is a bigshot Executive Producer in Hollywood and he used his influence to get the movie submitted by India.
I'd rather suggest watching Shankar's 'I' (2015) which honestly deserves more praise and recognition.
