    Food is the reason you should travel, and on my channel you'll watch videos about delicious street food and travel tips.
    We went to visit ashton market and test delicious filipino food absolutely ashton market was so nice place to do walking and shopping and eat some delicious food ashton market was food full of vendors and fresh farmers mades foods and fresh food and filipino food was so delicious we tried few dishes food was juicy and crunchy and full of flavours.

    TAPa (cured/dried beef) + SInigang (fried rice) + itLOG (egg) = A portmanteau TAPSILOG :) Like the name which is a mix of the 3 main ingredients, you're supposed to mix it together ü

      I should have written "TAPa (cured/dried meat-in this case, beef)" because fish and chicken can be dried and cured as well (carabao meat, deer as well, but very rarely and are expensive). In Filipino cuisine, beef and fish are the most popular cured/dried meats. For fish, they are best smoked. If you get the chance or come upon Filipino smoked fish (tinapa, i.e., TinAPA (the "in" in the middle transforms it into "smoked"), don't pass it up! Cheers.

    Next time you're in Ashton, try The Rolling Chef on George Street, by far the best Caribbean food around, especially the curried goat :-)

    the indoor market reminds me of the Greenhills Shopping Center in Metro Manila. I don't think the lava chicken and picadillo are Filipino foods maybe fusion.

      Its my first time in Philippines restaurants and they told us foods are authentic, definitely next time I will ask about rice.
      In next few weeks I will have another Philippines food reviews.

      you can find yellow rice in filipino mall restaurants, those rice are colored by anis or aneeto powder and also in some tapsilogan eatery

      Star margarine lang Yan para mag yellow ang rice. Isangag mo Yung rice at haluin mo Ng star margarine. Tapos magiging yellow ito. Marami gumagawa niyang sa Bahay Bahay noon 2000.
