- Join me as I transition our Victorian Style Farmhouse for Spring. You will see by my descriptive video that most of my furniture and decor elements are either hand me downs, thrifted finds, purchased through facebook marketplace/kijiji or flea markets. I never shy away from a DIY, or transforming something unwanted into a new favorite piece.
Not only is it time to decorate for Spring but the next few weeks will be filled with Spring cleaning and seed starting for the garden. I hope you enjoy this video.

This is one of the most beautiful cottage's that I have ever seen, not cluttered, but very, very pretty, just live that green that is on your cabinets, and the blue is simply gorgeous! Not to mention the lovely rabbits you have . That wallpaper in the bedroom is just divine, such a wonderful and lovely home. I would love to see the upstairs. Even your laundry room is beautiful.

I started to watch your video and had to subscribe. But after I saw your pug, I knew I really had to subscribe. I had two fawn pugs, both now over the rainbow bridge. But they were my happiest dog days! We live on the border of Canada in Vermont and love the country and country life. We, too, had about 2 feet of snow in our backyard. Looking forward to spring. I watch very many of these tours and I must say that not only is your home gorgeous but your filming is far better than many so called professionals. You have a wonderful English Cottage Style home. So pretty and collected. No mass market things 👍
I've lived in england (and wales) for three years. There are no cottage homes that look like this. This is more east coast/ cape cod style with the shiplap running the legnth of the walls and the repeated color of oceanic blue throughout the interior reminding one of the sea. The furniture, while using classic materials like hardwood, is also not rustic- as would be in a cottage- but rather has a more simplified geometry and lines a la the american craftsman style homes from the early 20th century. Cottage homes and gardens barely organize their own chaos while this home is airy, uncongested, and even a little minimalist for true cottagecore fans.
I believe this is the most beautiful, immaculate home I have ever seen! I love everything about how you decorate and those walls are amazing. Love love love the blue and white bedroom. I heard blue was coming back in style and I was thinking I wanted to incorporate it into my home and that bedroom and those dishes convinced me!

Oh, what a beautiful home. Everything in there is just a beauty to behold.
What I like is there's a traditional furniture base with brown woods which is calming. It's not all chalk white everywhere. I can breathe in your rooms. And collectibles in each room which add a lot of interest. Too bad I gave my mother's collection of teacups/saucers to the local church to use at their social meetings. I wonder if you're a slave to your house in housekeeping, though.
Housekeeping is ok- we have a good system!
