when you sign up KDP first time, you will need to add the your social security number ( country tax number ), so if old account terminated then that's it... because social security number ( your country tax number is only one for every one ) this won't work.. if amazon KDP found out, it will even worse. sorry for saying that..
You did not comprehend the video. You are opening the account with the details of a new person as you outlined and not yours. Once your account is terminated, you can't use your details anymore but another' including the social security number you mentioned

Well, you can but you have to be very careful. You have to change your cover design, title and pen name, else your new account might be blocked for copyright

@@ezeibechidi OK, sounds good I had almost 30 books, high-content technical non-fiction, and one book created the issue "misleading customer experience" So basically, I can reupload the same books, change the title/subtitle, pen name, cover, etc. But the book that got me terminated, just leave it alone

Is the new account terminated yet? You can't use the same device to log into your old and new kdp. Amazon will track you.
You can use the same device. However, use different networks, and credentials. All you need do is use a different browser from the terminated account

Please if you are using a younger brother's details to open a new kdp account, won't Amazon find out since the surname is the same?

Simply follow the guide I showed. Once you have registered with your data before, you can't do that a second time. Use another person's data

How can you open a dollar account with another person's name. They will demand for bvn
You will use the persons' details (bvn) to do that. Once your account is terminated, everything about your name is also terminated.
