Great video, Thanks for sharing your knowledge and experience in the hot tub field. Is it common design of Bullfrog spa which the circuit board stay on top of the pump ? Or it 's old series they built like this ? Is there any solutions for preventing the relay burn ?
Most tubs now don't have the spa pack above the pump. Seals fail and can spray up. heat tube gaskets can and will fail and drip onto the pump. All relay at some point will fail. All you can do is try and find someone to test them and replace. I'm in the middle of doing some videos on replacing relays and testing. Have a lot other videos I have to get done first. Some older videos are not very good. New cameras and audio will help. Thanks for watching them anyway.

If you smell burnt plastic around your hot tub and the tub doesn't work, check your circuit board.

What caused this to fry? I just had this happen on a spa pack less than a year old.
Just by looking my guess is water leaking on coil just a guess tho
