Man, I needed to hear this. I’m afraid to take the risk even though I’ve been planning for the past 5 months (due to cold temps). I don’t want it to bleed into this spring and start procrastinating or doubting myself. I just need to not worry about what may happen and just get out there and learn from experiences. I know what my faults are I’m just letting fear control me atm.
Thank you for the inspiration, I “soft” started this year with gutter repair, window washing, window screen washing and power washing. My goal is to add another van by next year hopfully!

Do you have any advice for Facebook ads. I know that was a big part of you getting jobs. I am struggling to get consistent jobs. For starting out is 5 dollars a day on Facebook too little? Is there a way you can help me figure out the sweet spot.
