Hi. Maybe I can help you. Since excel is used for recording data, office software does not provide a setup to convert directly to word. You can try to do this using the copy and paste operation. I'll take WPS Office, an all-in-one office software, as an example.
      1. Open Excel file in WPS Office.
      2. Select the range of cells you want to copy. You can do this by clicking and dragging your mouse cursor over the cells, or by pressing Ctrl+A to select the entire worksheet.
      3. Right-click on the selected cells and choose "Copy" from the context menu, or press Ctrl+C on your keyboard to copy the cells to the clipboard.
      4. Open Word file in WPS Office.
      5. Click on the location in the Word document where you want to paste the Excel data.
      6. Right-click and choose "Paste" from the context menu, or press Ctrl+V on your keyboard to paste the Excel data into the Word document.
You can now format the data in the Word document as needed, adjusting fonts, styles, and layout to suit your preferences.
Finally, save the Word document by clicking on the "File" menu, then "Save As", and choose the desired location and file format (e.g., .docx) to save your converted document.
