Awwww I’m so happy to see you in Abidjan. I watch your videos and like but never comment. I really admire you mama❤️, you are doing a great job. The attieke you ate is called GARBA. Because it is eaten with tuna fish and mostly sold by men and their quality of attieke is a bit different to the ones sold by womens. The pain condiments (bread with assorted dish) is very delicious , we usually eat it for breakfast. The gbofloto is mainly puff puff, Bofrot. It is smaller than the ones in Ghana. The one with the fish is called ALLEZ RETOUR meaning GO AND COME BACK😂😂😂😂 it is very yummy.
@Tatiana Haina, please do a video on how to make the one with fish (Alex retour), it’s very nice. There was this lady in our neighbourhood who use to sell the this back in the days and I’ve been looking for it since.
Tati, you are in my country. Ivory Coast 🇨🇮 I m from both Ghana and Ivory Coast I missed the food especially the veggie and puff puff. You are doing a great job.
Thanks Tatiana for this eye opening vlog. I really like the idea of colour coded taxis, a good way of regulating commercial vehicles. I also like the achike food (couscous).👍
Abidjan the similarity is almost the same like Ghana and their food, wow puff puff with fish I'm yet to try😀salad with bread looks inviting, oh I see different colours of a taxi for different town wow interesting, the aky3k3 will taste delicious but with the raw Maggie cube😳😀beautiful vlog Tati💕
Taty! Supr super interesting video💥💥💥 Loved loved loved it💗💗. I was waiting to see what you will show from your Cote D'Iviore video and this was so on point💪🏿. Well done for an amazing job👊🏿👊🏿 Let me tell you why this video turned out so well. You took us through the streets showcasing different kinds of street food🍴. But the icing on the cake, was the interaction with the "bofrot" seller. It was cool when she indicated that she had spent some time in Accra and Kumasi👌. Shows how we cross each other's border, which is great because that is the way it is supposed to be. ECOWAS is working to an extent! Their bofrot had a unique twist of adding fish to it. Liked that a lot. It was also neat that she had some Twi going. I think us in Ghanaian need to upskill on speaking French, at a minimum the basics📚. The attieke scenes were everything💥💥. Your local guide was knowledgeable in all, and explained very systematically. Smart guy! Now the kicker was how real you were💪🏿. Your first bite of the food had you coughing, as the spices get to you real quick🤣🤣🤣. Then you noted how tasty it was, once you settled into your groove. Now we are all attieke fans! Ala commenting on flies was funny and spot on. In Accra, anywhere the fish are in abundance, the flies are relentless. The flies are part of the landscape in the tropics. I am very impressed with how you do not edit out scenes and bring everything to us, as is. You rock💥💥💪🏿💪🏿👊🏿👊🏿! Circle of life like they say. Awesome video, and keep the content coming as we are here for it and going nowhere!
Oh wow the taxi colour culture is fascinating. Ei wait ooo naaa the atsieke meal dishing with the hand dier no no. It’s nice to get to choose your own fish. That’s interesting

The use of the cubes has caused increased hypertension in the Senegal as used by you crushing it on already prepared foods. Get a blood pressure machine and use yourself as an expiriment. See if it goes up significantly in 5 yrs. You can also look up Nana Kofi Acquah's instagram where he mentions this on a post in the past after he did some work over there
Sorry to say this, but if you use your bare hand to serve food in Ghana, you will eat it yourself.... It's not a common practice......Apart from that , Ivory coast is beautiful and I love the people so much , they're lovely people.....❤️❤️❤️
Merci beaucoup, d'être allé en Côte d'Ivoire mon beau pays. 🇨🇮❤️

Most Ivorians are Akans and part of our Northern tribe. Had it not been the Europeans we would have been one country.

Ghanaians took it there in the 70s when they went there after the coup . That’s why it has same name and many other Ghanaian street foods
