Beautifully designed, In the beginning of video the first room you showed, please don't mind a suggestion from me is regarding the two two frames on both side if we cut the lower frame into half then the view of the frame will not hide behind the table lamp and the upper line of table lamp will end and the lower line of the frame will start, also The lower line have same measurement as the upper frame measurement top line measurement from wall light frames. Matches I don't mean in straight line,

I always feel really happy handing over the project - I get emotional because we put our heart and soul into them and we are so excited to see the clients reaction. If they say anything nice I’m such a softie and always cry. I also really miss some clients. These ones were one of those- so many fond memories.

Another extravagant design. Love the panels layered on the large windows. Brilliant layering. The leafy chandelier is perfect in the business room. The entire room is awe filled. Because of the seating against the wall in such a large room it could have looked like a hotel, Which is not my style for home living. You've created a grand lux but home'y space. Perfect business or formal gatherings. The womens gathering room is lovely. The piping on the sofa so beautiful. The embossed linen on the chairs also lovely. Cozy but lux. All this sets you apart. I love the second room better because it has touches of Middle Eastern heritage. The majelis room is much too modern, but the color palette is beautiful

Terms we use in my culture: Majlis: is a formal guest living room, they tend to be large rectangular rooms in the Middle East because the lady of the house and even the men would host really large gatherings. The layout of the majlis furniture like Sophie mentioned is for people to be facing each other since it’s rude to be giving your back to anyone. And if the gathering exceeds the number of the seating table in the dining room the hosts has, then they’ll layout a large Sufra that runs across the majlis were the guests would sit on the ground and eat together, also in some gatherings the host would play some music and songs and the guests would start dancing in the center, some rich clients I’ve met have requested to have two separate Majlis’ for their guests, so one would be for men and the other would be for women. They both have to have separate washrooms where the guests wouldn’t have to walk further into the house for the family’s privacy. It goes back to our Islamic culture, having separate spaces for men and women where the women can sit without having to worry about being exposed to the men or anyone walking around. Mulhaq (extension): is an outdoor room where mostly the man of the house hosts his male guests, usually the Mulhaq is only accessible from the outside, but nowadays some clients are requesting to have it be accessible from inside the house. A Mulhaq is mostly for entertainment, most men would gather in such a space and play video games or pool, etc. most families tend to use the Arabian lower seating furniture style, some would even carpet the space and are satisfied with the backrests only. Like the Majlis, some clients would request a women’s Mulhaq as well. A Mulhaq as well needs a separate washroom, and sometimes a kitchenette is included in the design. Mukhtasar: is pretty much like the Mulhaq, tends to be smaller though, and the literal meaning to it is “short cut”. Salah: this is the family room, the Majlis is formal the Salah is not, the Salah is the heart of the house, close to the Clean kitchen and the family’s dining, with tv and views to the garden. This is where everyone spends their time to watch tv and sit. A separate washroom for the Salah is a must. Mugalat: is the formal dining room for guests, located near the Majlis, when we design the house plan, the Majlis and the Mugalat would be sharing the same washroom. We also tend to have two entrances to the house, one for the guests, and the second for the family, in the foyers or if there’s a great space by the washrooms we tend to put some space for a built in where the ladies can hang their Abayas.
