You venting on this video hopefully made you feel better by getting things off your chest. When I saw her on the last video I knew in my heart she was up to something. Even if she gets full custody you can still have visitation. My ex and I went with what the system set every other weekend a few hours on Wednesday Fathers Day his bday and a couple hours on the kids bday and 2 weeks in the summer. And whenever they wanted to see their dad and he and I were ok with it. Don’t give up you are doing great. But do video every time she visits put up cams around your property and I kept a journal and every correspondence we had. I have a whole tote full of paperwork. Well Chris I guess the Lord is laying a new path for you. Somehow this is a lesson. I am 70 years old and have seen this happen to several people. Hollie is not going to change but with patience you can eventually come to a mutual understanding and agreement. My one bit of advice is that no matter how impossible it might seem, keep trying to maintain a relationship with your son. I have not seen my grandson in 21 years and it is basically the same scenario as you are facing now. We told ourselves that this would pass and that he would eventually see the truth, but because my son walked away, not because he didn't want to be in his son's life but because he did not want him to have to suffer or have to be constantly in the middle of the battle. Because Ellion is so young the memories of what is going on between you and Hollie will become muddled to him and he will only have the memory of Hollie's struggle and other influences in her life. He won't remember what you to had together. So never stop trying. From this old lady who has and abundance of faith in the Lord.

This is so sad. I did not know that things were this bad/sad but in some of the videos, I did see some of her personality exactly the way you’re describing it. You venting on this video hopefully made you feel better by getting things off your chest. When I saw her on the last video I knew in my heart she was up to something. Even if she gets full custody you can still have visitation. My ex and I went with what the system set every other weekend a few hours on Wednesday Fathers Day his bday and a couple hours on the kids bday and 2 weeks in the summer. And whenever they wanted to see their dad and he and I were ok with it. Don’t give up you are doing great. But do video every time she visits put up cams around your property and I kept a journal and every correspondence we had. I have a whole tote full of paperwork. Make sure you keep track of money given to her and what you spend on the land. Chin up and keep on truckin’. God Bless
Well Chris I guess the Lord is laying a new path for you. Somehow this is a lesson. I am 70 years old and have seen this happen to several people. Hollie is not going to change but with patience you can eventually come to a mutual understanding and agreement. My one bit of advice is that no matter how impossible it might seem, keep trying to maintain a relationship with your son. I have not seen my grandson in 21 years and it is basically the same scenario as you are facing now. We told ourselves that this would pass and that he would eventually see the truth, but because my son walked away, not because he didn't want to be in his son's life but because he did not want him to have to suffer or have to be constantly in the middle of the battle. Because Ellion is so young the memories of what is going on between you and Hollie will become muddled to him and he will only have the memory of Hollie's struggle and other influences in her life. He won't remember what you to had together. So never stop trying. From this old lady who has and abundance of faith in the Lord.

@@pebb65UTshe has a 21 year old Daughter and a Son that’s a little bit younger. The Daughter recently had a baby girl. She speaks to Hollie but not close to the Son. Her Daughter seems to be very happy and has a good relationship with the baby’s Father.

My Son was in a relationship with someone exactly like her and we went through hell and back for years!!My advice to you is get a lawyer as soon as you can and get custody of Ellion! CHRIS I JUST WENT THROUGH THIS WITH MY SON IT TOOK OVER A YEAR BUT HE GO THE CUSTODY OF HIS SON AND HE IS SO MUCH BETTER. Chris, I've watched you and Hollie since Ellion was a baby because I have so enjoyed your videos. Watching Ellion go from baby to seven year old boy was a privilege. He always seemed to be having so much fun. I don't like saying this but you've proved to me that you are a very hard working man, happy with the simple life. Hollie, on the other hand seemed to be more interested in material possessions provided by fans, especially Paper Lady and Country girl. who were so very generous. Was that a good thing? I'm not sure but knowing people could give her the things that you couldn't maybe it spoiled her. If she is turning Ellion against you, well that is so wrong. But I will pray for you both and especially for young Ellion who is the most important person in this relationship. Hollie probably doesn't have any money and is going after you for child support. That is why she is starting these proceedings. Watch your back. She always has her best interest in mind.
that's why the prosecutor is asking about income. They can't make you pay what you don't have - my ex didn't work and lived off his grandma, so I got no child support. The family court judge expressed HEAVY dismay, LOL, but that's about all he did.

If she was directed to get Ellion into dance, that must be under Protective Services due to the neglect of educating Ellion. So she may not be able to get out of that monitoring unless she is going to family ( sister ). Otherwise she NOT be allowed to take Ellion out of Virginia's jurisdiction. It is understandable that Hollie wants to leave, she does not want to comply, follow rules and or protect Ellion. It's a move so she can get away from monitors. That's what s absolutely necessary for Ellion's sake. This is your time Chris to point out you want your son. Lapsed time, you'll miss out.
This is so sad. I did not know that things were this bad/sad but in some of the videos, I did see some of her personality exactly the way you’re describing it. There was times that even felt that she was very self-centered and selfish.
